Ganap Magazine is a digital and printed publication designed to bring you the best new and up & coming fashion designers, photographers, models, beauty queens, Hair and Make-up artists, Events and Lifestyle, new brands/products and charity. There are many talented individuals you never see or hear about. Ganap Magazine seeks to change all of that and wants to give them exposure and highlight. Ganap Magazine is associated with Ganap TV Online – International Digital TV Channel. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

All submissions must be unpublished (in another magazine and social media platforms).

BEAUTY
Beauty editorials have emphasis on beauty and less fashion, focused on makeup, hair and
accessories 3-5 looks.

FASHION
Fashion editorials have focus on clothing 3-5 looks
We only accept submissions from the designers, models and photographers. Or with the
approval of the whole team involved in the photoshoot.

EMERGING MODELS/DESIGNERS SPOTLIGHT
This section is reserved for emerging talents or new and upcoming models, designers and
photographers. You can submit at least 3-5 looks.

 

OTHER GUIDELINES

  • Images must be high res (8.5 inches x 11 inches with a resolution of 360 dpi) camera ready files in JPG only.
  • To achieve the aforementioned dimensions, complete the following steps:
    *Select the Cropping tool.
    *Place the values at the top in Photoshop (Width-8.5 inches x Height-11 inches, & Resolution 360 dpi) and crop them.
    *Do Not Resize Images
  • Please send final large hi-res photos in a jpeg format via http://www.dropbox.com/ or wetransfer to email address: ganapmagazine@gmail.com.
  • Kindly indicate the description of the image along with Full photo credits which include the model’s name, photographers, designers, HMUA etc.
  • Images must be in a landscape/portrait format or spread.
  • The title of the theme and the credits must be sent on a separate word document.
  • Photographs cannot contain watermarks or logos. We will insert your credits.
  • All images must be at least 300 dpi.
  • All images submitted are on a contribution basis only at this time. We are not currently commissioning or paying for production of spreads submitted.
  • Your submission must not have been previously submitted to any other publication and rights are conveyed to Ganap Magazine for 60 days. We do not guarantee you will be published.
