Can you tell us about your pageant journey?
My last pageant journey was for the international pageant Miss Freedom of the World 2021 hosted in Kosovo. I had an amazing experience. Let me explain how we spent the days during the participation for the international pageant Miss Freedom of the World. We always had a very lovely and busy day and evening schedule. Like preparing for the final night, going out, visiting sponsors from the Miss Freedom of the world and visiting beautiful touristic places like Pristina and Prizren. We also did a lot of photo and video shoots at famous spots in Kosovo in our bikini and national costume. We also had to give a personal interview to the judges. That is called a pre judging and we also needed to prepare for the talent round which was broadcasted on National Television in Kosovo. I had the chance to show my talent round which is singing and to do an interview in this famous TV show in Kosovo called the N’Kosove Show.
We All Know that this Pandemic Affects us a lot but What Motivates you to Keep Going on?
What motivates me to keep going is that I just try to distract myself a lot privately. Like watching movies. Trying to relax, stay positive and most important i wanted to support the people in Suriname which are going through a hard time with the COVID affects, so i decided to collect together with the people where i live (Zoetermeer) a lot of boxes paracetamol as they are very expensive in Suriname and handed it over to the charity in Holland called sewa4SU & lotus group NL who sent it out to Suriname and besides that i am very happy that i can still go to the music studio and record music in this difficult time.
If given a chance, what would you choose to focus on as a beauty queen or artist?
Of Course i love to focus on both things as I already did the last time (August/September 2021). I had a very busy schedule as I needed to focus on the beauty pageant and as well on my new music single!
I had to go to Kosovo august 20 2021 as Miss Freedom of the World the Netherlands 2021 for the international pageant Miss freedom of the world 2021 with great results. I proudly can say that I took back the crown home as first runner up and a subtitle as Miss Atmaxha 2021 and became the face for Atmaxha tours under guidance from my national director Rochelle Minkhorst and Catwalk coach and choreographer Marvin. When I came back from Kosovo I had to shoot the music video for my new dutch single 17 miljoen euro, but to get back to your question.
I really love to do both, but if I had to choose one. I just cannot deny that music has really been my biggest passion since I was a little girl. I just really love to sing and dance and to entertain people with my music.
We hear about your newly released album, we are intrigued about the million euro, can you tell us about it?
Thank you. I indeed released a new dutch single called 17 miljoen euro on october 8 2021. It already has reached 11.000 views in two days which i am very proud of!
This song ’17 miljoen euro’ is a modern pop song, with a hypnotising beat.
