Silvia Celeste Cortesi was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2022 in the 3rd edition of the Miss Universe Philippines pageant. The coronation night was held at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City Philippines hosted by Pia Wurtzbach, Iris Mittenaere and Demi-Leigh Tebow as the event hosts.
Silvia Celeste Cortesi is a Filipino-Italian model and beauty queen who was crowned as Miss Earth Philippines 2018. She represented the Philippines at Miss Earth 2018 pageant.
She was also awarded as Best in Swimsuit
